Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio

### 1. Advance Payment & Refund

* Advance payments are refundable **only within 12 hours of payment**, provided the project has **not yet been assigned to a freelancer, editor, designer, or production team**.
* Once the project has been assigned or work has commenced, **the advance payment is non-refundable**.
* Any request for cancellation after allocation of the project will not be eligible for a refund.

### 2. Refund After Project Completion

* Once the agreed project has been completed and delivered for review, **no refund or partial refund will be provided**.
* Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with individual elements, corrections, changes, or other subjective reasons will not be accepted after completion.

### 3. Bulk Orders & Delivery Period

* For bulk orders, a maximum of **15 cases/projects** will generally be completed within **2 months**, depending on the agreed scope of work.
* Delays caused by customer-side corrections, repeated changes, incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of proper response from the customer will **not be considered a service delay by Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio**.
* In such circumstances, the order will remain active and **cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided** due to the delay.

### 4. Balance Payment for Bulk Orders

* If the customer pays only an advance amount for bulk orders, the **balance payment for each completed video/project must be settled as agreed before the final file is released**.
* Pending payments may result in the delivery of original/final files being withheld.

### 5. Additional / Extra Work

* If additional work, new requirements, major modifications, or services outside the originally agreed scope are requested, **additional charges may apply**.
* Any additional balance amount must be paid immediately as mutually agreed before the additional work or final delivery is completed.

### 6. Separate Payment Process

* Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio operates through **two separate service/production units**.
* Accordingly, advance and balance payments may be requested through **different official QR codes**, depending on the service or unit handling the project.
* Customers are required to make payments only through the payment details officially provided by Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio.
* The original/final project files will not be released if the required balance payment remains outstanding.

### 7. Release of Original Files

* Preview files may be provided for review where applicable.
* **Original/high-quality/final editable files will be released only after the complete balance payment has been received and confirmed.**
* Until full payment is settled, all project files remain under the control of Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio.

### 8. Customer Conduct & Future Orders

* We expect all customers to maintain professional communication and timely payment practices.
* In cases involving repeated inappropriate behaviour, abusive communication, payment defaults, fraudulent payment activity, or a consistently poor payment history, Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio reserves the right to **decline future orders** from the customer.
* Such customers may be placed on the company’s **internal alert list** for future order verification.

### 9. Authorized Payment Methods

* Payments must be made **only through the official payment details / QR codes provided by Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio**.
* Payments made through unauthorized third parties, personal accounts, agents, or other unofficial payment channels will **not be considered valid company payments** unless specifically authorized by the company in writing.
* Customers are responsible for verifying the payment details before making any transaction.

### 10. Advertising Account & Promotion Payments

* Payments related to **Meta Ads, Google Ads, advertising accounts, promotions, or third-party advertising platforms** are separate from the regular service payments of Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio.
* Trend Line Media / Looksads Studio does not directly accept or hold advertising-platform budgets unless specifically agreed under a separate arrangement.
* Any advertising or promotion-related activity handled under a **joint-venture arrangement** will be governed by the terms separately agreed between the parties.

### 11. General Terms

* By making an advance payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these **Refund, Payment & Service Terms**.
* These terms apply to all applicable services, including video production, video editing, graphic design, voice-over, digital marketing creatives, and bulk project orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Any special terms agreed in writing between the company and the customer will take precedence over these general terms.
